Similar to other Montreal Premiere models, this guitar features the innovative and unique Breathe-Through core made of solid cedar, which allows the body to resonate like no other guitar of its kind.
What makes this model even more unique, however, is the newly developed, acoustic-inspired finish, which is perfect for this semi-hollow body design. The lacquer is thinner and of a more organic nature - similar to the finishes on the highest quality acoustic guitars. This means that body vibrations are not suppressed, the instrument "breathes" more freely and thus noticeably supports the sustain and sound projection.
